DF Mugen: Pleading insanity

I think it's fitting that this Reisen has an insanity mechanic, because the time I spent fighting this thing could make anyone go insane. But I'm so fucking stubborn, especially when I have a gut feeling that tells me that I have a shot.

Oh man, where do I begin?

- Guts system. Ok, by itself this isn't an issue and there are MANY fighting games that use Guts. So what's the issue? Well, you see. Reisen(and ALL of Nep's characters) has Guts. You don't(Unless you're using a character that also has it coded). Nep didn't bother to code it so it works in reverse for all her opponents. This pretty much means that she actually has more health than she would normally have while she's able to do the same damage to you throughout the entire match.
- Speaking of damage, some of her attacks definitely hit too hard. This gets pretty bad when you find that she can do a 50% untechable combo with no resources at all
- What could make it worse? How about having very safe specials? Reisen's projectiles recover so quick that even if you correctly read that she will throw it and jump forward to counter attack, she will have recovered from it and block it. And no, she does not use charge commands. This also applies to her beam moves as well. She can throw these out one after another with barely any recovery in between them.
She also pretty much has TWO DPs and both moves are basically unpunishable because blocking will either push you away and out of range for a punish or Reisen herself reappears out of range.
- One of her supers can lock you out of your specials. Now hold on, you say. Chizuru in KOF has a super like that as well(Akiko in EFZ as well). Well, you see, Chizuru just seals your specials, she doesn't also take away super meter from you. This makes for a very strong utility super especially if you can manage to keep ahead of your opponent in super resources. But then again, it's not like Reisen NEEDS meter to do a lot of damage...

So yea, either the character is broken or the AI is broken. Don't try to convince me otherwise
