0Welcome to this video, in this video is something slightly different from the HARDWARE and GAMING videos, but to be is equally important (Possibly more important) This is a brand new idea going on my vlog idea. I am documenting my journey with CBT therapy. I have had mental health issues from a very early age, due to my medical conditions and other social issues. I have had CBT before, however I thought it would give me a good opportunity to give you all and insight, and tell you all that there is no stigma behind mental health.. there is always help out there.
