It's a new season of Diablo 3! In this video I show you how to upgrade soul shards in season 25 and explain where to find the soul shards. Below is a list of all the soul shards and where they can be socketed.

Helmet Soul Shards
Fragment of Destruction, Shard of Hatred, Sliver of Terror

Weapon Soul Shards
Dregs of Lies, Essence of Anguish, Remnant of Pain, Stain of Sin

Killing any act boss will give you the opportunity for a soul shard to drop after level 70, but to farm specific shards here are where they typically drop:

🔺Hellforge Embers drop at Torment X+ & are account bound.

Act I: Essence of Anguish
Act II: Dregs of Lies
Act III: Stain of Sin & Fragment of Destruction
Act IV: Remnant of Pain & Sliver of Terror
Act V: Shard of Hatred
