One of the first major items in Diablo 3 that you need to get after completing the campaign mode is this item. In this video, Kanais Cube Location I show you how to locate this item. This quest can only be done during adventure mode.

The cube is located in the Tomb of King Kanai, it is in a hidden room on the Elder Sanctum level. To get here you have to teleport to The Ruins Of Sescheron, then make your way to the next level. The hidden room is typically to the north of the map so make your way there.

Once inside this room simply click on the cube to get it.
*With patch 2.6.10 you had 4 cube slots, it was a Season 22 buff. It has been removed in Season 23.
