This video demonstrates the Blessed Shield Crusader with the Legacy of Nightmares in a level 71 Greater Rift.

This build uses the "no set" set. While the Legacy of Nightmares is the only Item Set bonus, every Ancient item equipped increases the damage dealt by 100% and the damage taken by 4%. The Legacy of Nightmares set is what makes this build so fun and simple to use.

For this build, you need 6 specific items:

- Gyrfalcon's Foot
- Jekanbord
- Akkhan's Manacles
- Aquila Cuirass (50% reduced damage taken)
- Litany of the Undauted (Legacy of Nightmares set)
- The Wailing Host 8Legacy of Nightmares set)

The other items, you can use whatever you want, but make sure that they are all ancient. The best items in slot are:

- St Archew's Gage
- Pauldrons of the Skeleton King
- Leoric's Crown
- Hellfire Amulet (this is a big help for higher GR)
- Illusory Boots
- Pox Faulds
- The Witching Hour

In the Cube, you will need:

- Akkan's Leniency (very important to the build)
- Andariel's Visage
- Convention of Elements

For the legendary gems, the best for this build are Pain Enhancer, Bane of the Trapped, and Bane of the Stricken.

And now the skills. Because you're going to use Gyrfalcon's Foot, you don't need a resource generator. Blessed Shield will be the only damage dealer.
