Patch 2.3 on the PTR continues to excite with major, and even minor class enhancements through redesigned sets and of course, the Kanai cube!

In my latest testing I was most interested in returning to a Tal Rasha build I have been working on for the Wizard. Tal Rasha already surpassed the power of what was possible even before the PTR. Now with access to additional powers through the Kanai cube, the build finds even more tricks to help roundout what has easily become the most powerful and entertaining build I've tested so far.

And to make it even easier to put together, the aim was to create a fun and effective build without finding one of the rarest items in the game. The Furnace.

This is a preview of things to come. I will continue to test this build, and also experiment with the latest Archon through Vyr's set, and also Delsere's sets.
