How to get the glitched elixir:
Go to Gea Kul, search for an NPC named Baraim who'll give you a side quest named Pinch of Poison. Do the side quest, return to Baraim, activate the recipe, go to the potion maker, craft an Antivenin potion from the new quest elixirs option you'll get there.

If you use that with a Quill Volley Spiritborn build you'll get crazy damage since your damage scales directly from your health and this elixir is currently multiplying your health by a crazy amount.
