Ever wondered what dialer.exe did? Watch this video to find out how it changed over the years! Couldn't get the incoming call feature working for this video but maybe for a later video if this gets lots of likes I'll see if I can get another modem card that could hopefully work for incoming calls and show it off on Windows 9X/NT 4 too!
