295Was Final Fantasy III actually any good? Did it improve upon what failed in Final Fantasy II? Did Final Fantasy III REVIVE the franchise? Today, we will discuss how Final Fantasy 3 shaped the future of the FF franchise and go for the platinum trophy since they made them so easy to get in these Pixel Remasters.
To be clear we are talking about the FF3 Pixel Remaster of the 1990 game released in Japan. Don't confuse this game with Final Fantasy VI (FF6) which was released outside of Japan as FF3. There is also a Final Fantasy 3D game on the Nintendo DS released in 2006, and later on Steam, but that will be for another video. They did not fix the numbering system until Final Fantasy VII (FF7) came out on the PS1
