The cooldown got reduced on rapid shot and withdraw, and Desert Silence also got two additions: a slow on the affected target, and a cooldown reduction on crippling arrow! All of Sha Lin's cooldowns feel faster when running Desert Silence, but does this make him too strong? In the hands of someone who's not me, maybe!
