Valve just released some balance changes for Victor that might've completely killed the character. Now, he can no longer reduce his self-damage with spirit armor, instead having a flat mitigation that doesn't change throughout the match and is WAY lower than what he could achieve with items before! Now that he has a self-nuke on demand, is he the worst character in the game?
