The platform is PS5, and this was for my Brother. When I did this for Steam, it showed me a code on the Call of Duty website, but not for this.
It'd be all well and good, but despite what it says, they have not sent an email with any such code. If I try to re-activate the website code, it just says "You have already redeemed".
What's going on?
Edit: According to the Activision support page, they say that if you haven't received an email, you can go to the following link: https://profile.callofduty.com/promot... and it will give you your key.
The problem is, when I go to that link for my PC copy, it shows this: https://imgur.com/a/YQFmxTy - If I do the same for my Brother's PS5 copy, it shows this: https://imgur.com/a/N5GDMvq
Where is the logic, Activision??
