My thoughts on this part:
After doing a lot of side cases at once, I realized that NPC dialogue (when you invite them to do domination battles) will be changed after you have completed the second and third events corresponding to each character.
Another interesting fact is that Arata was wanted for hacking at this time but could still go with Matayoshi and Date in domination battles.
