My thoughts on this part:
If you notice, some of the companion character's digimon begin to evolve in this chapter. However, only while receiving Territory cases. There was actually an article that summarized things like this (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/207680-digimon-story-cyber-sleuth-hackers-memory/faqs/76546/companion-character-list), but maybe the writer forgot that digimon in the Territory was different from digimon in domination battles. For example:
_ Nokia's digimon (Territory) in chapter 11 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQdGd6J7ihc) vs Nokia's digimon (Territory) in chapter 13 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQdGd6J7ihc)

Which leads to a rather funny situation: this (https://imgur.com/pfBfExI) and another one, as in this video, Matayoshi's Birdramon has digi-evolved into Garudamon but in Domination battles, it is still only Birdramon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJxuzarvALA near the end of this link) . Although, this makes sense with digimon because they can go back and forth anytime they want. Some of the character's digimon evolved according to the game's storyline like Yuuko or Arata may have to wait a bit longer to see. I don't know if it has changed since chapter 12 because chapter 12 doesn't have a Territory case. Maybe if I play again I have to save a Territory case from the previous chapter to check.

Dinosaurists are not that difficult, but that is only when you understand what is happening. KendoGarurumon will use Speed Star continuously to increase his speed. That skill has 100% chance of increasing its speed by 20%, so if you left it without doing anything for a long time or your team is too weak, it is likely that KendoGarurumon is going to have a lot of turns. That's what I got involved in for first time, obviously still win but taking a long time. In addition, the debuff here reduces 10% ATK.
