Digimon Story: Time Stranger (デジモンストーリー タイムストレンジャー Dejimon Sutōrī: Taimu Sutorenjā?) is the seventh release in the Digimon Story series. This is the first game in the Story series to include an English dub.

"The Story beings in Tokyo, Japan. The protagonist is an agent of ADAMAS, a secret organization that specializes in investigating and solving anomalous phenomena. In the course of their investigation, they encounter an unknown creature called a "Digimon" in Shinjuku, an area sealed doff by the government, and are caught up in a mysterious explosion. They reawaken eight years in the past..."

As per the other Digimon Story games, it is a turn based monster collecting game. The previous entries use random encounters, however Time Stranger instead will use "symbol encounters" — with the enemy Digimon roaming around the dungeons. Making contact with one of them will cause a turn based battle to start. The player can now switch the protagonist's gender after you chose during start in the game.
Unlike the previous six Story games, Time Stranger will not have PVP
