You have multiple chances to fight the core though each chance gives you 2 minutes. If you want to ground this thing you'll need to hit it as much as you can with canons early on, use stronger versions of said weapons to get it down that much faster.

7:35 - At first (this point of time while recording) I thought you could only use canons, I turned around thinking "oh ok...that does work". Thank you Level 3 shotgun.

13:10 - If the giant grock makes it to town, you don't necessarily lose just yet, you get one last shot thanks to Russ throwing his Victory Charm at this...thing.
13:56 - This Core has very little health left, so luckily I got this just in time.

14:54 - Ultimogrock starts exploding...and we're kind of stuck inside of it

I mismanaged my towers horribly here so there's always plenty of enemies left during this boss fight. Also that giant as life grock is called "Ultimogrock". I included what happens should you fail the fight. Personally, it gives me a strong Majora's Mask vibe.
The mayor of Stage 10, Don Iguana, looks like a T-Rex. I also included the real final stage "The Old Mission" as well.
One more thing, this game can't seem to make up it's mind on one specific character here, Rin Kong, King Ron....eh...
