Should work with DOSBox and most forked versions after creating a bat file with these lines:
fxdriver
dimocode

It didn't work with DOSBox-X for me, only in Windows 98 mode.
I have a trainer (seems infected, fortunately it was incompatible with Win 98), but it only worked with Windows 98.
