Racing games these days are largely bland and devoid of character and meaningful progression, and DiRT 5 makes no effort to buck these trends. Is it good? Sure. Will you remember it well enough to want to show it to your children and reminisce about the "good old days" of racing games? Ehhhh...
Probably not the most timely review of DiRT 5, but this has been sitting in my projects folder half-edited since around June, and because of the current gap in my uploads, I figured I'd just throw it out now.
