Another Pokémon game, another kid who wants to become champion! Pokémon LeafGreen (and FireRed) is a remake of the generation 1 games in the style of generation 3 with updated graphics and game mechanics, and also some extra content added in! Travel the region of Kanto, catch Pokémon, train them, battle and face the eight Gym Leaders of this region! Then take on the Elite Four and the Champion! On the way, might as well take down Team Rocket, the criminal gang, that are (as usual) up to no good! It's the classic Pokémon adventure!
As I never played the original games (started with gen 2), I was happy that they remade these games to a console that I owned. I never had the first Gameboy, I started with Gameboy Color, but I did have a Gameboy Advance SP, so I was finally able to play the first generation! I did recognize the world, as you do venture back here in the second half of your Johto adventure, but this time it was the beginning!
