Welcome back to the Black Mesa Research Facility, inhabited by an army of scientists, security guards and one very special lackey called Gordon. A mysterious artefact is waiting to be analysed, one that the team has gone to some lengths to acquire, and it's time to enter the tesssst chamber.

Disaster strikes the facility and in seconds reality is flipped upside-down. Alien invaders, a government coverup and a fellow with a briefcase all stand between Gordon and his increasingly slim chance of survival.

But Gordon can go to hell because we are a brand new man (or woman?) with no name, going through a brand new adventure in a brand new mod. Welcome to Half-Life: Echoes.

I'm a gamer and author, a Scot and a European. I've been playing games since I can remember, beginning in the good old Megadrive days and running through to the latest and greatest of modern times. Strategy games and RPGs are my bag but you'll also find action, stealth and a lot of silliness.
