222000x magnification of an audio CD from 1986 "Made in West Germany" by Philips, viewed from the label side, as the playing side has a thicker coating that makes for too much distance to focus properly.
the CD audio data is clearly visible.
the lens is too close to the hole to get light from above, so here light comes through the hole from the bottom, reflects off the lens and onto the CD.
the X axis rail was removed so the CD would fit, so I can only move it up/down.
the hole is approximately 200µm in diameter
