Disney's Q1 earnings call was today and they made a TON of money off the theme parks and picked up a TON of Disney+ subs. In other words, as long as consumers are willing to keep paying Disney for overpriced Parks experiences... nothing will change. Chapek stays. Kathleen Kennedy stays. There is zero financial incentive to change ANYTHING at this point.
