A VHS video by Disney on their Dolphins in Depth program. It appears to have been an exhibition or experience at Epcot where visitors would presumably pay to enter the dolphin tank and touch them. I assume part of the event involved the experience being taped, with the tape then given to the group after the experience was over as a souvenir.
There is one other video like this I could find on Youtube which features another family touching the dolphins, with the video having the same footage at the beginning. Presumably there are many tapes of these in existence, all with the same initial footage, though they would each have footage of a different family or group experiencing the dolphins.
