Distant Worlds 2:
The follow-up to Distant Worlds 3302 — the expedition that changed group exploration of the Galaxy forever — Distant Worlds 2 aims to be the definitive massively-multiplayer exploration experience. With more than 3,400 Commanders signed up and Frontier's official support*, this one-of-a-kind adventure is already a game-changer.

We are heading out just as the Age of Discovery arrives, with new tools and a new codex to help us unravel the hidden mysteries and life in the galaxy. The heart of the galaxy is beating, and drawing our curiosity into the black.

The expedition will take place on all platforms over 20 weeks for the outbound trip to Beagle Point, 65,000ly from Sol, starting in mid January.

There will also be an initiative to build a station in the core region, to act as an exploration hub, as well as a science station to study Sagittarius A*

*Although supported by Frontier, Distant Worlds 2 is not an official Elite: Dangerous event.
