This song just sounds downright frightening! If you haven't played the game you probably won't find it THAT creepy, but when you take your surroundings into account, that's when the music becomes scary. I mean, let's start with how it plays when you're in the Oubliette of Suffering, which could be considered the Shantae equivalent of Hell! I mean, I knew there would be some mature stuff in Shantae, but not this! Shantae and the Pirate's Curse is an awesome game, but man is this song creepy!
