Dithering in Silent Hill - Composite vs S-Video - PS1
This video shows the dithering effect on the game Silent Hill on the PS1, the footage shows Composite capture and S-Video capture of the game. The Dithering (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dither) effect is more pronounced on the S-Video capture as it lifts the blur that the low quality Composite cables output to the TV.
Footage captured using Elgato HD60 on 60fps using original console and game.
