After exposing Dr. Elrath, I went down to the Poor Quarter and cured the three quarantined victims using a bug in the game. Otherwise, you'd only be able to cure two of them. I then began investigating a missing caravan for some merchants in the Market. To save time, I cut down the fights I had with two giant orcs as it just involved me running back and forth plinking them to death for about 5 to 10 minutes per orc. What a pain.
