Target is running a promotion where they give you a decent sized first aid kit bag when you purchase three or more first aid items. You can create a decent level one kit this way for you car or to give to a loved one. They are not big on blood stoppers though. You'll probably need to put your own Israeli dressing in there to even the kit out.

Now if they provided a pamphlet or something that would encourage people to buy the right material, we'd be even better off!
