Whats shaking homies so today I got another cooking video for you guys. So today I am going to try and make a fake dry age or a quick dry age using koji rice. Koji Rice is rice that is molded with a fermenting agent. This will make something similar to a dry aged steak that would take over 30 days. The koji rice was really cheap it was like $7.50 for a bag large enough to use on alot of steaks.
