DIY Temporary Tattoo's using Regular Paper / Laser Printed Toner / Perfume

NOTE: This also works on other surfaces not just skin, I have tested it on plastics and it works great
print the design using a LASER PRINTER WITH TONER onto REGULAR WHITE PRINTING PAPER
(THICK GLOSSY PAPER DONT WORK AT ALL, TRIED WITH PERFUME, DEODORANT
(INKJET INK DOESNT WORK AT ALL)
cut out the tattoo area of the paper
Spray it with the CHEMICAL on THE TONER SIDE ONLY, (this is important that we use the chemical mentioned, other chemicals wont work as well, and yes you need to spray the paper before you sink it in water and after)
sink that sprayed paper under warm water, with the ink facing down since paper floats up, and leave it to soak for around 5 minutes
(yes you do need to have the paper sprayed with the CHEMICAL first, even though we are soaking it under water now)
(you can leave it in longer so you do have time to move around, leave it under minimum 3 minutes, the longer the better)
(You can sink many strips under water and leave them under until you are ready to apply the next one)
(It doesn't get worst the longer it stays in the water)
clean the area of the surface you are transfering to, it needs to be free of dirt and grease or it wont stick, use rubbing alcohol, dettol, etc
if you are transfering to skin, its best to have the area shaved
remove the paper from the water and spray the toner side with the CHEMICAL again
THESE LAST STEPS ARE THE KEY:
spray the CHEMICAL onto the area you are transferring to, make sure to spray the whole area and rub the chemical into your skin, this is key, if you dont then IT WILL NOT STICK
(IF YOU DONT SPRAY THE SURFACE YOU ARE TRANSFERING THE TONER TO, IT WONT STICK)
Place the piece of paper onto the new surface, and brush the paper gently with your thumb, without force, you dont want to move it around, just do this to gently apply pressure, do this for around 10 to 20 seconds
leave it on your skin for 1 to 2 minutes, this step is key, dont rush to peel off around 10 seconds in, this is necessary for the toner to stick to the new surface as the now wet paper is loosing contact with the toner
ALSO VERY IMPORTANT that you dont leave it on your skin for more than 2 minutes, if you do the paper will dry out and stick to your skin
throughout the roughly minute and a half to 2 minutes that its on your skin, gently caress the tattoo into your skin, if youre ripping the strip whilst caressing it then its too much pressure
(i tested this over and over, its 100% about the chemical and letting it set on your skin for around 2 minutes)
(10 seconds is not enough, leave it on for around a 2 minutes, before you start peeling the paper, because it needs to stick to the skin first, )
now peel the paper off very slowly and delicately
once peeled away, wait around 2 minutes, then you can run water under it to get rid of any excess paper that got stuck to the toner, it wont wash away the toner dont worry
