In my previous video then we all know that my P3A had developed some kind of " internal " Main Controller problem after just 31 Flights with it. NB: The drone it's self is just 8 months old and has never been in a crash. In fact I'm still flying with the same 4 propellers that I took out of the box on day one.

Now with regards to my DJI's Customer Service experience, then I am pleased to to tell you that DJI's Customer Service has got a full 10 out of 10 rating from me. In fact I have marked their own survey with their maximum 5 Stars.

Honestly people I can not have any negative to say about my DJI Customer Service Experience. I had sent my drone in for repair under warranty on 29th November 2016 and I had it back repaired and flying in the sky again on 10th December 2016.

In fact people it does not even feel like I had sent the drone in for repair in the first place. This is how problem free DJI's Customer Service really is, well for me it was.

Again DJI's Customer Service gets a full 10 out of 10 from me.
