I made this for a composition challenge on a Discord server, where the objective was to create your own original soundtrack for the Donkey Kong Arcade game. I wanted to challenge myself to complete this in one sitting, so I kept the music fairly simplistic. Stage 2 is kind of a throwaway track since it was cleared so quickly in the video, and I didn't really want to put much effort into making the theme for that stage if the music was only going to play for a few seconds.
Anyway, this was definitely a fun challenge! I only wish I could have made it so it sounded more unified stylistically, I kind of just wrote whatever came to my head first. Let me know if you'd like me to upload the tracks individually.
