DK Pinout to Edge Connector Adapter
7DK Pinout to Edge Connector Adapter. Yeah so I just got this connector that will enable me to just pull an edge connector off of my Donkey Kong PCB and allow me to place other PCBs in my arcade cabinet with ease, and also allows me for the first time to play a Donkey Kong 3 PCB in my existing cabinet! I tested it with my Donkey Kong PCB in this video and with the "Rainbow" cable i have, I was able to play it as before! It plays Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong II, Donkey Kong Deranged Edition, and Donkey Kong Remix on that PCB. Then I still have my original Donkey Kong Jr board. This is exciting because they are now working an unofficial fan made sequel to Donkey Kong Jr. So I will be able to play that as well without a complicated reapplication of all the little connectors. But I am most excited about being able to play Donkey Kong 3 if I am able to locate the PCB! So this opens me up to a new game potentially and ease of use going forward!
