Game masters often ask how to get players to be a certain way, whether it be better roleplayers (whatever that means), or more invested in the "story", or more inquisitive, or something else. In this video, I explain why it might be better and more productive to either let go of these expectations entirely, rethink them, or reframe them into something more productive.
