This is my personal experience, and I made this video after a ponder. I am aware that companies may not hire me in the future. Indeed, I don't care. I am born to be a developer. I am ready to do freelancing instead of joining these immature companies. I want to join firms that respect small or startup talent.

REASON WHY GAME INDUSTRY HR's ARE IMMATURED:
- Study from B or C grade Colleges.
- Unawareness about the workflow and efforts put in by an artist.
- In the creative industry, artists make the company. We hire HR for the artists- Please understand this. Don't rule them.
- The cheap study makes you a novice and arrogant. You can start being creative to understand the efforts.
