Leon had a bit of an overhaul as he was too identical to Bayman, moveset-wise.
He has the same bound property that was given to Tina on his 66K ( 1:12 ).
Half-wall slams were edited to allow for a small followup, which you can see at ( 0:17 ) and ( 1:38 ). Other characters have more half-wall options, and can do more damage.
Some stuns now have a bit of a delay before you can hold out of them, like the mid-kick sitdown stun. This means that you can get guaranteed damage from them -- as seen at ( 0:34 )
This costume is an attempt at recreating his DOA5LR outfit. There's a lot of limitations for costume edits, so I hope this looks ok.
