DOA6 Oddities: Christie's Rolling K Randomly Doesn't Launch!?

After rewatching my matches with Ultima Ivanov, I noticed something that has bothered me since I uploaded Part 3. In the third match of Part 3 in Road Rage, my Rolling K cleanly made contact with Ultima, and yet it had no effect when using a standing hold. It should've either launched him if he used any hold but 6H, or made him sway to the other side if he used 6H.

(NOTE: This bug rarely happens during gameplay, so there's a very rare chance this will happen in an actual match. But it is interesting to know this bug exists.)
