Dodging Zedonius fireballs with Rachel - camera refocus twirl
1camera refocus twirl - hold L1, tap R1, left stick, R1, left stick...
no other twirl can be started immediately as camera refocus twirl.
zigzag will fuck up if your camera changes direction.
holding joystick twirl requires you to jump away, fireball will get you
machine gun twirl requires you to take out machine gun 1st, no time for that
rachel is generally strong against all the greater fiends except zedonius and fiend genshin. against zedonius, if you are doing close range battle, rachel has no easy method to dodge zedonius fireballs unless you twirl, and it's demonstrated in this video. you can also manually dodge the fireballs the same way when ryu uses enma fang, ksuari gama, and lunar staff, but rachel dodges slower than ryu so even if you practice the manual dodge in story mode, the timing is different.
I have perfected this fight before, but every time I do a perfect zedonius run to show what I think to be the best strategy, the mission fails and I have nothing to record
