MPO (Multiplane Overlay) is a feature developed by Microsoft in conjunction with video card and monitor manufacturers. This technology allows the use of multiple overlays, enabling different graphic layers to be displayed independently, increasing efficiency in the display of graphic elements and reducing GPU usage.

Disabling MPO can bring a number of benefits, especially if I'm experiencing some of the problems mentioned. By disabling MPO, I'm essentially eliminating a possible bottleneck between Windows and the GPU, allowing my video card to work more efficiently and without unnecessary interference
