Does Exercise Help You Get Better At Fighting Games?
461I wanted to see if Exerceise would help me get better at fighting games. I had a blase making this.

Other experiment controls: No playing Abigail outside of the sessions, no learning frame data, no practicing combos, no coaching or advise from Stream chat.
Before each session: I ate a good meal 1-2 hours before, made sure I was well hydrated and well rested.
While cycling I kept the bike on medium resistance and went at moderate pace the entire time except for the part where I went fast for 30 seconds or so.
