Sometimes, when you play a game that doesn’t have support, Windows will turn it off.

I have sent an e-mail to Dolby Atmos support, but they don't give support at all.

The way I’ve found that worked for me is to inicialize Dolby Acces with Windows 10.

I - Click on execute and copy this: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup


II - Throw Dolby Acess Icon in the folder

III - Restart Windows

NOTE: This tutorial may not work 100% for everyone. If you have a better solution or other tutorial, you can post it here.

Other tips I have found:

I - Disable mono audio output (ease of acess);
II - Disable exclusive use.
