EDT more citrus, a little more sharp, slightly fresher. Although I have not smelled any reformulations of this after 2013, I will say for awhile there was a EDT that had a harsher opening.
THe EDP, is richer, thicker, denser, creamer, fruitier... The grapefruit lasts longer, as well as the cardamom being much stronger. That being said, although the openings are more different(still similar mind you), as the fragrance goes on they become more and more similar. For the most part these are the same fragrances. Admittedly the EDP is stronger for sure, however still not strong projection though. So if that was a issue for you, your maybe out of luck. If your problem was it wasnt a skin scent long enough this should fix your problem...
My recommendation, well I supposed if you could somehow find the original release get that. I think the stronger citrus, just mixes well to give a bit more of a pleasing smell. Other wise the EDP is a probably a good choice.
Compliment wise, its impossible to say as its to early and I just havnt worn it enough. But for what its worth so far the EDT has done better. BUt I would assume as time goes on they are very similar smelling so I would assume that the EDP will also be a high compliment getter as well.
