Want some simple stress relief tips through the dominant function (MBTI type code)? Well, this video goes through why you might be stressed out and what to do about it based on your type.

Knowing the Carl Jung's cognitive functions (Myers Briggs) can help you determine the best ways to use your personality type. It gives insights into why you have the reactions that you do and helps you understand how to deal with those things that stress you out.

In this video, I talk about the INFJ and ENTP personality types, but all of us have our own version of this based on our type. For example, as an INFP, having Fi (introverted Feeling) explained to you in a way that makes sense, will help you know when it's time to realign yourself and also when it's time to actually start taking steps towards your goals.

I've explained a lot more of the Jungian / Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI) approach to self-understanding in other videos on this channel (Geek Psychology), but you can go take a test or do research from any source. It doesn't matter where it comes from, as long as you take it as a chance to learn more about yourself so you can better your life and the lives of others :)
I hope it helps!
