Looking for ways to handle negative emotions? I'm an INFP and I've spent a lot of time dealing with (and trying to control) negative emotions. Here are 3 tips to help that I've learned in my mere 35 years of living with my emotional self.

Many people probably wouldn't call me emotional. Nor would they believe me that I've had to learn how to better manage my emotions and feelings. And yet, I can't remember the last time I didn't have to consult my emotions before making a choice.

Especially as an INFP, learning how to handle what's going on inside can be rough. So here are the 3 tips I have for you :)
