Done 100% on the Video Toaster. First demo reel
Here is how I created this Video sample on the Video Toaster:
I took the JPG images from my wifes iPhone and brought them into my Amiga 2000 (68040/33 Mhz, 64 MB RAM) and downsized them to 752x480 in the new version of ImageFX 4.5. ImageFX has the ability to transfer images right to the Toaster Framestores so I transferred them two at a time and saved them as Framestore images.
The Toaster 4.1 software has the ability to make timelines of Framestores and other images. If I could find my Flyer card I could also do video right on the timeline. In this case I used images and some transitions just to make a quick little graphics presentation.
I used my Canon video camera as a video source to the Toaster (it recorded nothing on the SD card), and for audio (which needs improvement) I used my Lapel mic hooked right up to my Digitnow capture device.
The output of the Toaster went to the composite in of the Digitnow.
Everything was done live right on the toaster, and then recorded to a flash drive on the Digitnow device.
Next I will work on better video and audio quality.
