Since two-thirds of the T&C crew are a little too incompetent to make our way through Donkey Kong Country 2, let’s see if we can manage a bit better with what Tim claims is the ‘easier’ game, Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble! (Nintendo, 1996). Dixie’s back with her pal, Kiddy Kong, to rescue Diddy, which is uncomfortably similar to the real life version of us playing this game: Charlie and Celina feeling like the far inferior, baby counterpart to Tim’s more seasoned veteran status. Here’s hoping we can survive long enough to rescue our primeape compatriots!
