In reality, Broadcasters commonly on Twitch don't actually have anything against user's advertising themselves. However, when a user like "Blaster041974" disrespectfully goes into a random Twitch channel and don't ask for permission to advertise there own channel, as well as aiming to steal your viewer base, is usually a big red flag to get banned instantly. So if you are new and starting off on Twitch as a broadcaster, keep in mind that this type of action is just plane disrespectful and rude in everyone's eyes.
