Don't Escape: 4 Days to Survive [Day 4] No Commentary (PC 2019)

Assuming this is your first go playing, the game would end normally if you just went to sleep in the pod. However if you got one of the floppy discs either by Cody's or Barry's help in the lab, you will unlock "Awakening Mode", which will allow you to not only get the true ending, but also keep everyone alive, assuming you do all the proper steps beforehand.
Because Cody died for me night 2, when going on the rooftop on day 3 of the lab, when it collapses, Barry survived without any issue, but had Cody been alive both of them would be in danger, but you could only save one of them. Cait dying after day 4's event was due to me not getting the fuel catalyst done. That one at the least was avoidable.
Awakening Mode will offer you the chance to keep Cody and Barry alive during day 3 and obtain two floppy discs, as you can see at the end computer as it has 2 slots for said discs. Assuming you get those and have everyone survive, you will get the true ending. I will be showing that off along with the rest of the 4 days prior, each with new dangers and events as once again, each day has different events that trigger for the night. Dialogue does also slightly change in which those will be shown off while the rest of the text that has remained the same will be sped through.

Players will journey alongside David, a lone survivor after the end of the world, who finds himself having prophetic dreams... or nightmares. Each chapter of the game has multiple potential variations to encounter, from poisonous fog or spiders to a gang of murderous thugs or a deadly heat wave, and as a result, you'll need to adjust your strategy on different playthroughs. But you don't have forever. Certain actions advance the in-game clock, and you'll need to complete your preparations to (hopefully) stay alive before night falls.
