calorie deficits are inherently necessary to lose weight even on gimmick diets like keto and carnivore, so instead of doing a gimmick diet, you should just track your calories on MyFitnessPal. this is a short video, because there's really nothing else you need to know on the topic of weight loss.
assuming someone's probably going to jump in the comments and try to suggest that keto can cause weight loss without a calorie deficit. feel free to sound off below guys I love a good debate.
