player comments: "This wad has good graphics and whatnot, but there are still some big issues. E2M4 and E2M9 have huge ammo issues, you have to pistol a cyberdemon to death on E2M9 for 100% kills. E2M9 also has two inaccessible secrets. E2M6 has multiple secrets with nothing in it, and no rad suit when the player is required to walk in 10 damaging slime (you get a rad suit super late in the level though). E2M3 has godawful music. Most of the secrets in this wad all expect you to repeatedly press on random walls with no indicator at all, or sometimes you SHOOT random walls. How creative! This wad was so close to making the Hall of Shame, but in the end, it's only 3 bad maps out of 9."

The music is pure pleasure for those who have a General-Midi music device. There are new monsters: A Seargent that looks similar to the player for multi-player confusion, Death's Shadow replacing the imps. You will find that the levels get increasingly more challenging to level 5 and eases off on levels 6 and 7 and becomes hard again on level 8. Level 9 is only tough if you insist on destroying every demon. Remember, this level is built so that you will never become trapped. Every room that has an entrance, has an exit! (Note: as a challenge, I mean without using cheat codes!)"
